		<description>Just FYI - this case was brought in the US.  A judgment was even handed down by a US court that ordered MS to split - later reversed in part.  MS ended up settling the matter in 2001. 

So maybe, if it looks like a duck, smells like a duck, and talks like a duck . . .</description>
